One can choose a destination for so many different reasons, some based upon seeking relaxation, others in order to experience extraordinary culture and cuisine, and then there are those all about seeing something extraordinary. This is the case with Morocco for me, as always I look forward to tasty dinners, and far and away vibes, but mainly I want to see their tree climbing goats.
Apparently, based upon photos I have surveyed, they are coaxed into the limbs of the argan trees, which can be up to thirty feet high by the fruit. As we all know either from observation, or stories, goats can be extremely sure footed, and take what appear to be dare devilish routes on mountain peaks, and out croppings. And that is impressive all on its own, but this tree climbing behavior is not as wide spread, and seems entirely off kilter.
Needless to say, it is something I want to see with my own eyes, for the photos can’t possibly do this phenomenon justice. The fact that these goats reside in a place I know to be wonderful, is just the icing on the cake.
